About Sundara Heart

Sundara Heart grew up in Northeast England, where early losses and Christian traditions sparked her fascination with the unseen and curiosity about death. Though societal taboos initially delayed her calling, her journey took her to the U.S., where she studied Yoga Therapy, earned a Fine Arts degree, and explored cultural death rituals through extensive travel and artistic practice.

In 2019, after supporting a friend’s family through a loss, Sundara reconnected with her purpose. Following the passing of her mother in 2022, she trained with INELDA, volunteered with hospice, and began her work as an End of Life Worker.

In her free time, she creates art and music, dances ballet, sings, gardens, and delves into topics like the quantum world, healing, and spiritual practices.
